At Omakase @ Barracks Row, we value the privacy of our guests while preserving the ability to document and share the dining experience.

By entering our premises, guests acknowledge and agree that Omakase @ Barracks Row, its owners, representatives, and authorized parties may photograph, film, or otherwise record the restaurant, its facilities, events, and dining experiences.

All photographs, video recordings, and other media captured by or on behalf of Omakase @ Barracks Row remain the property of the restaurant. We reserve the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, and display such materials for marketing, promotional, editorial, social media, website, and other business purposes, without compensation.

Guests who do not wish to be individually photographed or recorded should notify management prior to their reservation or upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that guests will not appear incidentally in background or environmental footage.

Guests are also expected to respect the privacy and dining experience of others. Photography and recording should not disrupt service, other guests, or the chefs' experience.

By proceeding with a reservation and entering the restaurant, guests acknowledge this policy.
